Simone Biles
Simone Biles was an American gymnast born March 14, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio. Biles is believed to be among the top athletes. Biles was the only U.S. female gymnast, Biles was the only one to achieve four golds in the same Games during the 2016 Olympics. She is also the first person to win three world championships in succession. Biles was born in Spring Texas, in the Houston metro area. Her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone was interested in the sport of gymnastics as a young girl when she took a field trip for day care to Bannon's Gymnastix and remained there for 11 years, under the direction of her coach Aimee Boorman. Biles won the floor and vault exercises at the 2010 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before becoming an highest level of competition in the year 2011. Within less than two years, she was the most successful athlete in her discipline. Her consistency, her vivacious personality and the level of challenge in her four events -vault uneven bars, balance beam floor workout and floor exercise -- set her out from the rest of the athletes.
