The family was raised from Rochester, New York, Sharp was a music enthusiast and studied the clarinet the piano, cello, and clarinet at the prestigious Hochstein School of Music. Sharp received a tuition grant to The Boston Conservatory for her love of school theatre. After graduating Cum Laude with a B.F.A. Sharp began her journey in the stage world after graduation from the Conservatory. Sharp was a part of her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel. She made her debut Off Broadway with Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. Sharp also played 8 roles in the comedy interactive Eat the Runt. Other stage performances include: Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin', Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp was a co-reader with the playwright August Wilson himself. Sharp's talents are not restricted to stage or screen. Sharp also wrote and co-written several projects. Sharp is developing her first studio album. Sharp, who is often either in front of or behind the camera or in the recording studio, enjoys staying fit. Sharp studies Krav Maga along with boxing. Sharp likes to play piano, hike and take long trips on the road. Sharp resides with her family in Los Angeles with family.
