Lindsey Vonn (born 18 Oct 1984) is a former American alpine ski champion who took home silver in the downhill section of the Winter Olympics in 2010. The second highest super score of any skier male or female. She is the most famous and adored skiers. Caroline Vonn, also known as Lindsey Vonn, is an American World Cup alpine racer who competes in the US Ski Team. She has won four times awarded the title of winner in the World Cup overall competition. The athlete who has made an impact in American culture. She is only one of six women who have been crowned every event of the World Cup circuit. They have won 82 World Cup titles in all. An elite skier and one of America's most experienced ski racers, she has decided to retire after the World Championships that take place in Sweden. Four times World Cup winner decided to retire after battling a variety of ailments. Her announcement of retirement was made on social media.
