Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness contests when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. After only one year, she was able to earn her Professional Card at age 17. This made her one of the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was off the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015, she continued her journey from the previous year by competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals every year. By 2009, she'd been awarded four fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could finish her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the competition, she came in third. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud of her 6th position within the fitness division despite being completely unprepared. She was up against the very best. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel's top body part to work out is her back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm with a pull-up device and sitting rows. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. How she does this is to superset her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
